         प्राचीनतम भारतीय संस्कृति द्वारा परिभाषित "धर्म" की संकल्पना के अनुसार, कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी समय, किसी भी स्थान पर धर्मनिरपेक्ष नहीं हो सकता। पाश्चात्य या गैर-भारतीय धर्मों के दृष्टिकोण से, कोई व्यक्ति धर्म-विरोधी हो सकता है, लेकिन "धर्मनिरपेक्ष" शब्द भारतीय संस्कृति और धर्म की संकल्पना के संदर्भ में पूरी तरह से वदतोव्याघात संज्ञा ही है।

      इस शब्द का अर्थतंत्र भारतीय संस्कृति में धर्म की संकल्पना के बारे में अज्ञानता का प्रतीक है। भारतीय संस्कृति में धर्म की संकल्पना के प्रकाश में, यहां तक कि एक कट्टर नास्तिक भी धर्मनिरपेक्ष नहीं हो सकता। इसका कारण यह है कि भारतीय संस्कृति के अनुसार, कोई भी व्यक्ति धर्म के सिद्धांतों और क्रियाकलापों का पालन किए बिना जीवित ही नहीं रह सकता। केवल एक मृत शरीर/शव ही मृत्यु के बाद धर्मनिरपेक्ष हो सकता है। जब तक कोई जीवित है, वह धर्म के अभ्यास और क्रिया से बच नहीं सकता।

      न केवल भारतीय बल्कि पश्चिमी दार्शनिक, विचारक और कुछ वैज्ञानिकों ने भी श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता में प्रगट कालातीत प्रतिपादन के महत्व को स्वीकार किया है, जो धर्म की स्पष्ट परिभाषा भी प्रदान करती है। उसके मद्देनजर भी, धर्मनिरपेक्षता की संकल्पना भारतीय विचारविश्व और धर्म के संदर्भ में पूरी तरह से वदतोव्याघात साबित होती है।

      मैं सनम्र निवेदित करना चाहूंगा कि मेरा उपरोक्त संक्षिप्त विश्लेषण उन लोगों द्वारा समझा नहीं जाएगा जो घृणा, अनादर और वैरभाव को बढ़ावा देना अपना धर्म मानते हैं और जिन्हें धर्म के मूल संज्ञा की भारतीय परिकल्पना का परिचय नहीं है। अतः मै ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों से क्षमा चाहूंगा। ¤

       According to the concept of "Dharma" defined by ancient Indian culture, no individual can be secular at any time or in any place. From the perspective of Western or non-Indian religions, one may be anti-religious, but the term "secular" is completely self-contradictory in the context of Indian culture and the concept of Dharma.

        The so-called meaning of this term is a symbol of ignorance about the concept of Dharma in Indian culture. In the light of the concept of Dharma in Indian culture, even a staunch atheist cannot be secular. This is because, according to Indian culture, no individual can survive without following the principles and practices of Dharma. Only a dead body can be secular after death. As long as one is alive, one cannot escape the practice of his Dharma.

       Not only Indian but also Western Philosophers, Thinkers, and some Scientists also have acknowledged the importance of the Bhagavad Gita, which provides a clear definition of Dharma. Even then, the concept of secularism is completely self-contradictory in the context of Indian thought and the concept of Dharma.

      I most humbly submit that, my above analysis may not be understood by those who, knowingly, unknowingly or otherwise promote hatred, disrespect, and enmity, and who are unaware of the fundamental concept of Dharma in Indian culture. I apologize to all such individuals.
