CONSTITUTION OF INDIA AND WE, THE PEOPLE/PUBLIC OF INDIA... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~       As We all know & Honorable Supreme Court & High Courts also agreed that the PREAMBLE of the CONSTITUTION is the SOUL of our CONSTITUTION & contain the basic structure of our CONSTITUTION, which can not be amended in exercise of the power under article 368 of the Constitution. AND  That PREAMBLE said very firmly that, "WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens :  JUSTICE, ....; LIBERTY .....; EQUALITY ......; .... बोरकन्हार-441902, जि.गोंदिया, दि.27.09.2019 @लखनसिंह कटरे. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ □*भगवद्गीता आणि मी ...!* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~           माझा जन्म फेब्रुवारी-1955 चा. तीन-चार वर्षांचा होईपर्यंत मला माझ्या आईने देवनागरी बाराखडी व शंभरपर्यंतचे पाढे लिहायला वाचायला शिकवले होते. 1959 च्या जून मध्ये मला पहिल्या वर्गात दाखला मिळावा म्हणून माझ्या वडिलांनी आपल्या राजकीय व पोलीस पाटीलकीचा प्रभाव(?) टाकूनही, मला सहा वर्षे पूर्ण न झाल्याने पहिल्या वर्गात प्रवेश नाकारण्यात आला. तरी मी आमच्या शेजारच्या शांता भांडारकर या चौथीतील मुलीसोबत शाळेत जायचो. आणि तत्कालीन पहिली-पूर्व "तुकडी"च्या वर्गात बसायचो. माझ्यासोबत आणखी काही विद्यार्थी होते. किती होते, कोण कोण होते, हे मात्र आठवत नाही. असा दोन वर्षे मी "तुकडी" च्या वर्गात अधून-मधून जायचो.       अखेर मला सहा वर्ष चार महिने पूर्ण झाल्यावर जून-1961 मध्ये मला पहिल्या वर्गात दाखला/प्रवेश मिळाला. तोवर मला थोडे थोडे लिहिता-वाचता यायला लागले होते. एप्रिल-1963 च्या दुस-या वर्गाच्या वार...

SOS  // Dt. 30.09.2019 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To, CMD, MSEDCL, MUMBAI  R/Sir,   Pls see & read carefully my genuine complaint, which is pending for more than two months unresolved.     Today i.e. on 30.09.2019 my son ANIKET Singh Katre visited your Sakritola office. But the result is in vain. Your incharge Engineer at Sakritola, without any inquiry & fact finding give again an EXORBITANT bill of Rs.11,500/-. Actually I requested that pls monitor the actual & exact reading of the meter concern & then give the actual & exact bill. But your Engineer gave the EXORBITANT bill again of Rs.11,500/- without any inquiry, inspection or reading.      Thus it is crystal clear that your कामचुकार employees avoiding to cure my complaint & threatens me to pay exorbitant bill.      Pls do the needful at an earliest & oblige.  YOURS faithfully  Lakhansingh Ka...
